Mark and Kevin built us a media wall. We told them how we wanted it to look and they we couldn't be happier. They are polite, hard-working builders. They even fixed a shoe cupboard in our hallway with new doors and a side panel. We would recommend them to everyone. We are getting them back to build us some fitted wardrobes later on in the year.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Did not provide an Invoice, did the job but left all the rubbish, did not come back after several requests to come pick it up. Did not finish skirting boards. Sam did make bathroom cupboard but at least could have come back to just finish it off and could have been honest.

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.
