The only think what you have done, you pick up the investigation cost NOT CALL OUT CHARGE, however you didn't have done any investigation+ you promise a come back (never happened) Your last massage was, call the warranty. My question, investigation cover only to speak with us? The other engineer fixed in 2hours

Luke's work was subpar; I strongly discourage hiring him. Initially, we agreed on rewiring my 3-bedroom house, but he misplaced the fuse box and made errors with switches and sockets. Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
