Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

As the last 3 workmen I had used on different (bigger) jobs removed all rubbish& excess materials, I assumed John would too but had he asked, I would accept an extra say £20 if he had suggested it extra.
