I am a full apprentice trained builder with Advanced Craft City and Guilds qualifications . I am fully insured with AXA for Public Liability. I have over 20 yrs full experience of working within building covering small maintenance works through to Loft conversions and extensions . My customer base is all existing customers who I have been introduced through via Rated People who in turn have recommended me to other customers . My skills are full building works and I out source only my Electrical works to my qualified electrician .
I take great pride in my workmanship ensuring you the customer are fully satisfied with all building works at all stages . For an existing recommendation I can give you full details from my recent and existing customer base who in turn use me on a required regular basis .

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
