The chimney and flashing were sorted within the week as well as remedial work to the ridge tiles and slates. The roofer was punctual,hardworking and polite.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
