18 months after a complete refelting and about 5 panel replacements the roof leaked in many places . After many phone calls he inspected it, but said it needed more wooden panels replacing , he was a little offensive , and blamed, me ,and has not returned since. Prince Construction did an excellent job. I have used Prince for a number of varied jobs and I would highly recommend him.
Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home.
