18 months after a complete refelting and about 5 panel replacements the roof leaked in many places . After many phone calls he inspected it, but said it needed more wooden panels replacing , he was a little offensive , and blamed, me ,and has not returned since. The roof is now leaking in many places very badly. I originally had paid him cash and expected a professional job. Gordon Atkins

Howard has been great throughout the whole process, arrived on time to quote for the job and was able to start within a week. Went out of his way to help accept card payment. Job was completed with minimal disruption and was tidied up afterwards. Our old felt leaky garage roof has been transformed! Would definitely recommend and use again if required. Clear, helpful and easy communication throughout. Howard came when he said he would both to view and to undertake the work. I'd agree with other positive reviews: dealing with him is easy, professional, he gives good advice and price matched his quote (which was reasonable and comparable with other quotes I'd obtained). Happy to recommend. Nice to have gutters that no longer leak!
