Brian The Wizard, is a small company with 38 years experince. We mainly deal with breakdowns and maintinance of both heating and plumbing. and are expert in combi boiler repairs. Dealing with both natural gas and LPG.
All types of building work undertaken, repair/build chimney, slate/tile roof repair and maintenance specialists. distance no problem
He removed plants from neighbours chimney, bent lead back into place and replaced 1 Welsh slate with cheap pre-used slate for £800+. Having solar fitted who gave me photos of work done, called back out and pre-used cheap slate replaced with another one. Area still leaking after 2nd attempt. Would not recommend. Have photos of this shoddy work if needed

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Single garage conversion with pitched roof, mezzanine floor and dormer in Llandough. Father and Son business workmanship well below buildings control standards, sub optimal and cheap materials used, not aligned to architect drawings, critical structural measurements wrong wants money up front, very messy, It has taken a further 6 months and extra costs with a new builder to rectify all issues including roof, insulation, dormer and Velux window to enable building control to be satisfied.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Don't go there very unreliable started my job on 8th June replacing decking planks and still waiting for job to be completed 21st July supposed to have had his car pinched and he hasn't got his van really would think you would hire a van if you running a business to keep money coming in and not let customers down promised a rebate if £20 to hire a andyman to finish job 17th July still no money we are in our seventys and have found all this very stressful and know have to find someone to do one piece decking

Loads of promise only...very low quality will not recommend to anybody. The value for money turn to be local avarage. Plaster is already coming off the wall and have loads of cracks.
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
Prestige Joinery arranged to come over and do the work, however did not turn up and ignored our calls and never got back to us again!
