John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. David and Sean were fantastic from start to finish when they installed a new combi boiler and removed an old hot water tank whilst replacing an old conventional boiler system. They also fitted an outside tap for me and replaced a leaky radiator. All work done to a very high standard and their communication before, during and after the job has been top class. What I could not afford was to pay £6k for you to rip out my bathroom and leave me with nothing other than stated above. However, investigations into Companies House for Vitality Plumbing & Heating, Vitality Property Limited and Declan Macaloney and declared company addresses and other information claimed by you have proved very interesting for any member of the public wishing to investigate your claims before proceeding with any works. I'll leave it to the individual to decide the validity for themselves.

Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small
