He is very polite did a very good job of the rendering of the front of the house and a fantastic job with the fitting of a new visitor's toilet. Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. He is rated as a gardener, cleaner, painter and decorator in the reviews. I think he is just tries everything, not what would inspire me to go with him for a job that needs experience

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. Great workmanship, kept and left everything tidy and my tenants said he was very nice to have around too. Would use his services again!
