Ben is thorough and professional in his work. When the fire alarm system that he installed was checked by the fire officer, he found it was done to a high standard. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. He made valuable and useful suggestions as well. I can't imagine employing any other electrician. Well done and thanks.

Unfortunately, Santino insisted that he got paid a daily rate and was paid each day along with expenses. He was more interested in clock watching that getting the job done. He requested that I pay his expenses each day, which I did incorrect assuming he would provide me with the receipts at the end of the job. He didn't turn up one day, arrived late other days and then text to say he wasnt finishing the job. I use Rated People a lot, and this was by far my worse experience. NEVER AGAIN would I hire him.

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
