I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Despite showing interest in the job he never made contact. Wouldn't hire anybody this inconsistent.
"As per many of the other positive reviews, we have another to add and cannot fault Dale and his work ethics. He has fitted some internal doors and handles for us and we are very pleased with how they look. He even got rid of all waste at the end of the day and worked nonstop throughout what was a very cold day on the job.
