Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Mark & Paul - Thankyou so so much for the hard work and the hours you put in for us to convert our old Tank fed system to the new combi boiler fully installed and commissioned. We are very pleased with Marks/Pauls work,They explained everything to us clearly offered lots of advice,and explained the best way to go about things.We are very fussy people and only want the best,well Mark & Paul is just that, with tidying up afterwards,being punctual,manners and there knowledge about installation, piping, re-routing pipes etc. They also worked solid with out stopping for coffee or on the phone every 2 mins.So if you want somebody who is commited to hard grafting and not frightened of getting there hands dirty call Mark/Paul,you will not be dissapointed of there work. Price was absolute right - spot on, and the materials and work carried out and not mentioning starting 8am and finishing at 23.30 (very long day) it was full of snow, v.v.v.cold but they promised us that the work will be done to a v.v.v. high standard and heating/water will be available to us on the same day - thats EXACTLY what they did. Other contractors, quoted 2-3 days, quotes were semi-reasonable to have job complete but Mark/Paul quoted a day and they did exactly that. Excellent workmanship, great people to work with. Furthermore, i have few add on radiators to do so Mark/John will be carrying this out for us in the next coming weeks. Thanks once again chaps for all your hard work and helping us out. Best Wishes. It was a pleasure to do the job the couple had been let down by a builder who did not take a pride in his work and finish also dragged out a very simple job max 2 weeks in to 3 months and made life hell for the clients it was nice to bring all the hassle and stress to an end regards mark and the team
