Craig and his chaps did well. There were some minor issues, however, Craig resolved them and in due time. One observation: not good at diarising.
After negotiations, I eventually obtained a refund for work carried out.

Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.

Initially took some time to get the surveyor to view the job, and communication not great, however job priced and went ahead. Plumber completed job quickly, new radiator worked well and drains much better, though not perfect. Waste water continues to come up kitchen sink so this is not fixed. Following completion of the work and speaking to other trades, I discovered that £500 was very pricey for a replacement radiator and drain cleaning. Will be more discerning in future.

My garden was a jungle tall grass with weeds through it, and the weeds in the stoned area were more like fully grown plants than weeds. However Gary and his team tackled it and won. The grass is now short, edging all neatly trimmed and no sign of the massive weeds ever being there. They removed all the garden waste and left it neat and tidy. Extremely happy with the work done.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Came to assess job. Quote promised that evening (21 April). Nothing heard since despite follow up attempts to contact by phone and message. Very disappointed.
Sent the guy the specifications. he never bothered emailing me back.
Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.
