Thank you Robert I appreciate you coming out of your way to fix the issue I do understand that the wood can expand and it was nothing to do with your workmanship.
Started out well, Robert came over and did his work quickly and efficiently. Reportedly he then got in a car accident and was unable to work for a couple of months - which is inconvenient but understandable. However, he has since been back able to work - something he told me himself - and I have been completely unable to contact him. Floorboards have since come loose and warped, skirting has fallen off, Previous flooring not taken away. Bad job all around with no explanation as to why. Do not hire.
Floors look amazing! Robert is quick on the job, super friendly and skilled at what he does. 10/10 would hire again! Cheers Robert!
