I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame

I wanted to score 2.5/5. Protype quoted a very high price for the work which I accepted on the basis that they would provide a once and for all fix to a leaking roof. Part of the work looks to have been performed well but some parts were not. So far no leaks but when I tried to contact them after a poorly fitted piece down pipe fell off l got no reply.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Arrived on time and fixed the loose tiles pretty quickly. Charged £120 which I'm assuming is the going rate.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
