There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Groundtec were unable to start the work on the day that had been arranged. They did start the following day, however. Their work was generally very good, but they did leave a small area of weeding and tidying that had been requested, which we had to complete.

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

Terrible job, after speaking with the owner seemed knowledgeable. Came around with his son who put on a performance. Pushy to accepting a quote straightaway which jumped further by £20 to £200. Then went about complaining that he had other jobs to go to and this was only worth £200. Parts 1 x silicone tube, 2 rubber seals. They silicone the joints , next day after rain the water is leaking like never before. Called someone else who was in shock!

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
