I was really pleased with their initial work, landscape design and quoting. The agreed a period to come and do the work, then rushed to complete the work in a shorter period (I expect due to another job). After the had completed (and paid for) we began to notice issues - particularly in relation to wobbling patio stones and pot holes in the lawn. We contacted them on a number of occasions and they stated that they would come and relay the patio stones but they never did.

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.

In hindsight I felt I was over charged for just cutting down bushes , £450 was rather expensive .

ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Job done but not sheeted up as asked for on quote and now need carpets cleaned from mess left in house,hence rating.Also has plastic and polystyrene from job dumped in my green bin,which has big sticker saying neither to be put in bin.

Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!

3 was disappointed no weeding done i know the ground is very hard, Yes you were prompt. But really wanted some dandelions dug out i have a daisy digger Available I just cannot bend down enough to tackke them hopefully when weather softens the soil you will dig the fushcia bush out of the border found lots of cuttings we lifted near the pond i know ground is hard but would have put hose on to soften soil around the dandelions so one bed near shed i want help wi

Leaves partially cleared and not all garden debris taken. We have now got to pay another gardener to finish the job. Couldn’t complete full job due to “the time of year” would recommend hiring if you want the job done in summer.

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results.
