I have the photos to show the blocked drain caused by the solid mortar. The drain specialist that attended my property confirmed it and documented it in the paperwork I received. Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.
