A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.

When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. I have given David 5 stars previously and he did the job well. The only disappointment with David is that he doesn’t complete what he promised to complete. We never received our electrical certificate which he must provide as a builder, who employ his own staff. I chased David for a few years but unsuccessfully. David is very good at hide ans seek. If you hire David, make sure you get all certificates.
