Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Lee, Joe & Jamie were great. Works were of a great standard and they were all super reliable. Recommend.
Garage Conversion
Lee and his team recently undertook our garage conversion. The works were completed to a very high standard. The works were also signed off from Building Control. Lee is very professional in his approach and has very good communication skills. Andy and Chris are great workers! We are absolutely delighted with the end result. We now have a great family TV room, whilst still retaining some garage space at the front. We would highly recommend Lee and LY Construction. Jon
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Lee and Steve did a great job completely refitting our bathroom. They were very understanding of the need to save pennies and were happy to let me do some of the prep work myself and supply the bathroom suite. They were also very good on advising us to how to deal with some tricky circumstances of the project. Turned up on time, every time, even on a Weekend and a Bank Holiday in order to get things done in time. Really appreciate all the hard work. The bathroom looks great and we're really happy.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
My elderly in laws needed an upstairs bathroom fitted into the main bedroom (no existing plumbing) and I was contacted by Lee. I was concerned at first as his advertising didnt suggest that he did plumbing, but after speaking with him he was able to assure me that this was a job that he was able to undertake so I passed on my in laws details to him and he then contacted him directly. The work has now been done to a fantastic standard and my in laws are now discussing more work with Lee Highly recommended.

I had previously left a good rating, however a few weeks after the job was completed the work started coming undone, pipes came away and generally poor quality work. I have contact Lee several times who has said that he will cme and put right the work but never has and now he just ignores me. Beware when using this guy

I had previously left a good rating and then I chose to leave a less positive rating. This was mostly down to my lack of patience. Lee had done some work for me and I then noticed some snagging. When I contacted Lee he made me aware that he would put right thee work as soon as he was available to get to me. Unfortunately this took a little longer than I wanted to wait. When Lee gave me an actual date to complete the snags he arrived as expected and put right the work, I couldnt ask for more. Thanks Lee
Bathroom Installation
Mark arrived early and had everything done promptly and to high standards. Nice guy, excellent plumber. Will use again.
