I have the photos to show the blocked drain caused by the solid mortar. The drain specialist that attended my property confirmed it and documented it in the paperwork I received. Ken did a really fantastic job of paving our front garden with bricks we'd salvaged from knocking out the back of our Edwardian terrace. He has made it look amazing, better than we could have imagined. He was communicative, flexible, friendly and got the job done in good time.
