I have just had to pay someone else over £1000 to fix the garage roof that Jamie left us with. Despite numerous requests for him to come and fix the leaks, he never did, and then stopped responding. The guys that repaired the roof were appalled at the original workmanship. Add to that... - rubbish that we could not see was just left - electrics were run out to the garage using a lesser capacity cable than agreed, so I had to have another one run out - so unreliable, promising to turn up but never did

I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.
