Gas fitter and plumber
Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Spoke to them, then emailed pictures and details as requested. After 3 days chased and they said it had gone into their junk email, but would quote with 2 hours. 4 days later they had still not called and said they had not had time to look at it.
