I arranged to work on home on Monday so that you could come, you never showed up just sent a message that you will come on Tuesday in the morning. Again you did not show up, sent another message that you will come by 5pm. No show again, and no messages either. You obviously think that other people have no responsibilities and can sit at home for days waiting for you.

I am changing this to ZERO (unfortunately unable to remove the 1 star). I found out today from a proper plumbing engineer that the tradesperson who installed my Triton Verne mixer shower in April 2023 had cross threaded the nut on one of the pipes on the shower operating unit, this was causing a permanent leakage. This tradesperson is ignoring my texts and phone calls. It is going to cost me a minimum £95 to get this work corrected. AVOID him as I have found out his work is shoddy. ZERO RATING
