Founded in 2004 PMH Construction is now located in Milton Keynes with premises in St Albans, we cover all surrounding areas. We are members of the federation of master builders, specialising in providing a number of building services to both existing properties and new builds. As established builders in Milton Keynes, we pride ourselves on our experience and quality of our workmanship.

House Extension
Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Pat has always strived to minimise the impact to us and neighbours whilst the work has been done. We can highly recommend PMH based on our experience.
Loft Conversion
Pat and his team came when they said they would and communicated regularly about how the job was going. Any requests that we made to Pat were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the lads who worked for him were polite and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I felt I could trust them completely. The job was completed in good time and we are delighted with the result. I would certainly have Pat again and would recommend him to others.

They did a superb job and cleaned up after.Highly recommended to anyone.
Chimney Building / Repair
My advice would be before you use anyone else meet Pat in person. Communication is paramount to customers and Pat really understands that. He runs a proper business with public liability insurance.Pat knows what he talking about and I paid that little bit more for his services rather than shall we say a less established one. He might not thank me for this but he was willing to compromise on his price. He was not the cheapest but he was the best value for money. Great job and tidies up after.
House Extension
Very pleased with the end result. All additional work agreed and completed to a very high standard.
