Came to my property wouldn’t give me a time I had to wait for him to let me know at last minute when he got there wouldn’t get out off van to look then said he will let me know price tomorrow 3 days went by I rang him then he said he can’t do my job because he had to much work come in since last time we spoke not very professional waisted my time never even let me know he was not interested only good thing to come out off this is I found a very good company after called heatfire ltd Walsall ring them

Rich and his team did a great job. I had them quote and fit 2 electric boilers, previously we had an oil powered boiler. Funny thing is you trying to claim the job listed was two different things, the advertisement clearly stated i am looking for an electrician to install a 13amp and 32amp outlet to my building. How is that two different things? I called you and you said you would phone me back so as to come look at the job, but you went ghost with other communication from you. if there was an option to give you a zero star, that would have been my rating for you as you are clearly a time waster and an unreliable person.

Turned up as promised for quote, showed me the cost of radiator and how much total cost would be. Came to fit at time he said and replaced my radiator. Had to call him out as small leak but turned up when agreed. Would definitely use again, price and work very good
