Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.
