Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap. Miroslav explained everything he did and got me to test afterwards to make sure I know how it all works. Really happy with his service from start to finish. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Tomasz recently completed two jobs we had. One was fitting a new bathroom from scratch - we didn't even have a window in our home and the guys had to form the opening. The second job was replacing a leaking polycarbonate garage roof with a conventional wood and felt version, along with replacement/extending the guttering. I'm happy to say that both jobs have been completed to my satisfaction and I'd not hesitate to use Tomasz again.

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.
