Unfortunately I have to change my rating. They did tell me to reinforce the roof so when it leaked a week after completion that is not entirely their fault. However, I told them about the leak at the start of August and got the roof fixed at the beginning of September after a long drawn out chat. Then on the 18th of September they finally said it was not their problem and I was taking it too personally. I just wish they said it initially. They also didn't bolt down the toilet, it's the little things!
