The work was completed to a good standard and the tradesperson came when he said he would. I negotiated a fair price beforehand. The tradesperson was very keen to receive payment when the work was completed. I paid him within 24 hours on the promise that an invoice would be forthcoming. Despite repeated requests for the last 3 weeks no invoice has arrived...

Regardless of the mess of the central squares you had more than enough Lino to leave a good finish under the freezer,oven,washing machine instead of the disaster that's left. There absolutely no excuse for the work you have done here, as a PROSFESSONAL you should measure before cutting and then realising you couldn't make it work, you should have more pride in your work than to leave a woman and her child with a kitchen floor that is a compete mess

This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.
