Solid Wood Flooring
Lovely lads but my floor is still not level although better than it was we have had difficulty laying skirting as leaving gaps because floor is not level they turned up on time very tidy and polite i am just not sure ....

Was hoping the floor would settle and corrrect itself but its got worse still uneven and creaking in a few areas i feel like i have been let down really and wasted a lot of money sorry but dont think these guys knew what they were doing this was a big job but just dont think they were experienced enough its too late to pull it all up now my laminate has been laid and i havent heard anything from these guys regarding my last comment and i am changing my rating to 0 stars

We are sorry of course to hear your unhappy and apologise . However trying to make a floor level through from 1 threshold (i.e. Living room door) too another (kitchen threshold) when they are on 2 different levels is impossible without a step. The floor is as close as can be given the state of the break work and sleeper walls. Evan a new build from time to time has gaps under skirting not all skirting is straight and needs to be bent suitably when fitted.

Also none of these issues were raised with me prior too your comments so no time was given to me too rectify them. A little more communication would have been nice in retrospect. I don't appreciate the insults however. I understand your unhappy but I have 1st and 2nd fixed new builds, renovations, hotels and extensions from the ground up over the years. So my experience can not be questioned that is an unfair and floored comment.

We told you about the creaking floor near the kitchen door you came back and hammered a few nails in, the floor has got worse you can feel it dips as you walk on it look tristrum you did not do what we paid you to do which was to replace joists and floor boards you only replaced a couple and obviously level the floor which it is not also i dont get what you mean there is no step from living room to kitchen its one level if you were bothered you should ve replied after my 1st comment the floor has got worse

I am commenting now as i am angry as to the level of noise the floor makes if my husband had not been so ill we would ve had you back. I dont believe your qualified we are too trustworthy and thats what mistake we made here not checking but at the time we were not thinking !!
