In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.
