Laminate Flooring
Patrick laid laminate flooring for us. He was very efficient in arranging a viewing at short notice. The main positives were that Patrick was exceptionally reliable at all times and turned up exactly when he said he would, completed the job in good time and for a fair price. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and had no concerns leaving Patrick in the house to get on with the job. He is a very nice bloke and easy to have around, we would have no concerns recommending/using him again.

I was v happy with Paul's work. I had a leak around a window frame through some brickwork. He responded v quickly to the call out on Rated People. He got the work done around my schedule and worked unsupervised. He was sensitive to tenants and a difficult neighbour and offered me the assurance that if there were any remaining problems he would happily come back out to fix them. While he wasn't necessarily cheap, these things made my life much easier and I'd happily use again/recommend Paul.
