The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

I had problems with poor workmanship from the start. Although the supervisor Michael, came around to fix them he had to come back several times. After the first couple of storms the gutters came out of place and water is now pouring down the walls. No one is returning my calls or emails despite giving me a 15 years warranty.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

When I eventually cancelled the job, he refused to refund the deposit. His company website is a false front. His company cannot be contacted via the website, his social media links at the top right and bottom left of the page link to Sky News. Macklin Glazing is also not registered with companies house.
