Wooden Doors - External
Paid Douglas to remove garage door, brick up and rough cast opening and install a normal door in Aug 22. 2 days later veneer started bubbling . A few weeks later door wouldn’t open. Finally came back in November and had to use a crowbar to open door, damaging it, frame and rough casting. Still waiting (Aug 23) for him to come back as he ignores messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would expect a “roofer-roughcaster” to improve a property if repairing it. I can only hope that Dougie and Tony learnt a lot about roofing and roughcasting as they didn't seem to have a clue about either. The roughcasting was rough, but effective so far. The slating was perfect at the start; scaffolding on the roof was offered, but they worked from roof ladders. They attempted twice to repair broken slates, but the repairs were awful. In the end I spent 30 hours sorting their mess out. Very disappointed.
