Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
Well I don't really know where to start. So will start with saying how perfect my new room is. John of Denston Building services converted my garage to a additional lounge. John cleverly also managed to fit in a downstairs toilet. Within 4 weeks the job was done. John was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. The guy was honest, told what he could and couldn't do. Installed the bedroom door fine, is still working fine till date, it has been 3 years. He said he could only temporarily fix the bathroom folding door. And it still holds after 3 years. Very happy with his work.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. They also liaised well with their fellow tradespeople for any floor fitting or electrical work that needed doing. I was very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend them.
