But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. It wasn't damp, and consequently Mark didn't get a job on this occasion. I would rate this a six star performance for honesty and efficiency!! I will definitely use him in future.

Fitted the flashing but never added pointing to close the gap left on the edge of the roof so I now have an open hole in my roof about 300mm x 100mm perfect for animals or weather into get under the flashing and into the room below. Promised to come back and fix it but never returned and always had an excuse so I gave up trying. I had to get another roofer in to fill the gap and when he inspected the work carried out and I told him the price i paid he laughed and told me I’ve been “robbed” Avoid!!
