Hi, my name is Tom Fields, I am the director of Premier Property Solutions. The company was only recently established within the last 2 years. However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. Therefore, I am competent, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and will ensure the job is done at the highest of standards. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate.
