Billy gave me a quote for the job which I accepted. He was able to do the job there and then so I hired him. He worked hard and quickly, a neat job of trimming the trees which were high. . He took the waste on the back of his lorry, but some was left behind, which I only noticed after he had gone . Payment was made by bank transfer very easy and quick.
Back working full time.
Offered to commence then let me down on a number of occasions, sourced elsewhere with a reliable carpenter.
This tradesman's? standard of work is appalling & I can only assume his Rated People reviews are false. We had no option but to dismiss him after he ruined our lounge. The numerous faults eg. large gaps above bay window, uneven walls, plastering abysmal. His cleaning up was non-existent & left my home in a disgraceful mess, cement and plaster covering our wooden floor & doors. We had to hack off all his work and start again! This has cost us dearly, not to mention the stress. RATED PEOPLE? I DONT THINK SO!

I received an email from this company in which they promised to contact me by phone, but they never did. I waited a while (which delayed the start of the job) until I finally decided that I did not want a firm as unreliable as this anywhere near my house.
After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.
