Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Absolutely astounded, am trying to contact the customer but she is refusing my calls, very strange after she said on the final day of work "I AM VERY HAPPY AND CANT WAIT TO GET PLANTING"

Fantastic right from the start. Would highly recommend Tom and Griff to anyone, they where professional and pleasant throughout and the quality of work was exceptional. Every detail was well thought about and nothing was too much trouble...even when our 5 year old went to help!
Internal Painting & Decorating
Absolutely fantastic service. TCA decorated our house and cleared the garden also carrying out extras, including hanging doors, sealing windows and bathroom removal. They went above and beyond to deliver good quality at a good price within the agreed timescales. Polite and extremely clean and tidy workers. Would recommend and definitely use again.
