Absolutely terrible job. Very poor and amateur work, butchered my downpipe and soilpipes, leaking all over the place. Asked him to come back to sort and never heard anything back, both his numbers just ring out. Should be fully refunded.

The work was very poorly done, it was not completed properly and on top of that, they damaged some tiles on my porch and bay window. They took the money and ran. Now can't get hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere

Contractor incorrectly fitted replacement flat roof EDPM ie edge trims screwed through membrane from above and effectively puncturing the new roof, potentially leak point, should have been fixed from side. Badly fitted trim, didn’t use capped screws, resulting in a poor finish, I pointed this out when they completed work, said they would return to rectify next day if I paid them promptly, which I did, needless to say the contractor never came back to rectify. Would definitely NOT recommend this outfit!

The firm quoted from photos. When they eventually turned up (missed one booking and 2 hours late for the next) the guy was on the roof for 2 mins before more than doubling the quote. We felt pressured to pay, it was very stressful. They then offered a discount for cash. We have not received a receipt or a copy of the 10 year guarantee we were promised. We paid best part of a grand for 2 hours work. Don’t be a mug like me get several quotes from reputable people.

Shocking after sales service - suggest to avoid at all costs. Spent almost 3K on various roof repairs and upgrades, one of which was adding dry verges to house and garage. Some of these blew away within 2 days and despite promising to re-fix on many occasions they have failed to follow up on thier promise and alleged 10 year gaurantee. This is shocking, especially condiering they advised it would only take 1 hr to fix. Legal action seems inevitable.

Very quick to reply to the advert and pleasant to talk to. However, make sure that you get an exact quote for the job as many hidden extras were added to the bill. After further discussion these were removed. I am not sure where they are based and cannot find any information about them. The quality of the work undertaken was ok though

Took a chance on using a company with no rating and now paying the price! Gutter repair work carried out and less then 24 hours later the same damage and same faults reappeared. Invoice came with a '7 year guarantee’ contacted them to return and repair their own repair work and although an appointment was made they never turned up and are now not responding to calls, texts or messages
