A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. To date the work has not been done; however Jack has made contact to explain why he was unable to reply to me, and is now able to view/quote for the project, so I don't want to damage his reputation unfairly.
Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him.
