Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. Jason and his team were professional throughout the job and also provided an excellent service at a not-so-expensive outlay. I throughly recommend Jason, and he is a good person to add. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Awesome bloke. Brilliant comms. Face-times you from the roof to explain things. It's very reassuring to examine your roof at the same time as he does. Leaves you with before and after photos. Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. Both the visits, to quote and then complete the repair were on time and speedy. The repair was completed very quickly, with no fuss, and as less work was needed than had been quoted for, the final bill was about half the price.
