Initially took some time to get the surveyor to view the job, and communication not great, however job priced and went ahead. Plumber completed job quickly, new radiator worked well and drains much better, though not perfect. Waste water continues to come up kitchen sink so this is not fixed. Following completion of the work and speaking to other trades, I discovered that £500 was very pricey for a replacement radiator and drain cleaning. Will be more discerning in future.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

AVOID!.... The proprietor took a deposit from me and then strung me along without giving me a start date for the work. When I eventually cancelled the job, he refused to refund the deposit. His company cannot be contacted via the "website", his social media links at the top right and bottom left of the page don't link to Macklin Glazing social media accounts. Phoned them bk because there was still a small drip. Was politely told " i was nice enough to yell you you need more work on your roof. With a quote of 860. Had a different roofer take a look who advised me against any such work at that price. After several txts he became very rude and refused to even consider coming bk. I paid 250 for a bit of dealant and putting bk 3-4 tiles. Lessons learned, I'll thoroughly research any company before allowing any work to be done. Shame because i really liked the guys.

We have been through 7 months trying to get our cabin and decking and patio rectified to an acceptable standard. They started off well and Elliott had a great attitude but his employee was terrible and couldn't cut two planks the same length leaving everything looking really like a DIY project gone wrong. They now have a qualified joiner who is a big improvement and he was working his way through all the defects and rebuilding planters, relaying the patio and re cladding the cabin. Now they have disappeared
