Maybe could have done a site visit initially as unfortunately the first time they came to fit the windows they realised there were no lintels so couldn't fit then but came back a couple of weeks later on a Saturday to try and fit in their busy schedule. Pleased with the result. Reasonably priced and got job done in good time.

Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.

Very prompt reply to my request to renew guttering and downpipe. When flags were lifted to fit downpipe they advised me that cast iron soil pipe had corroded and needed replacing.
