Our property services offer a (fix it felix handyman service) covering. York/Leeds/Huddersfield/Manchester /Halifax/bradford,that carries out anything from minor domestic repairs {no job too small} from hanging a picture to sealing a bath ,extra tap or socket.
Our Property Division also offers a man and a van solution.
We also have a project team that carries out
kitchen/Bathroom/installations and refurbishments.
Our apprentice trained Electricians/Tradesmen are part P/city& guilds Qualified and hold the current wiring regulations 17th edition. We Have 30 years of experience in the Electrical/Property services industry.

Difficult to judge, because my job was a relatively simple one. But what I can say is that the work was completed to a high standard, and no corners were cut. The workman was polite and informative, and I was happy to have him on my property as my guest while he did the work

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, with updates at every stage of the work. Both the electrical job and the bin store were completed efficiently and to a high standard. The work area was left tidy at the end of each day and spotless once the job was finished. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was determined not to make it a bigger job than it needed to be. Our shower is now working again and it was all done in good time with no mess and good value for money.
