He is very polite did a very good job of the rendering of the front of the house and a fantastic job with the fitting of a new visitor's toilet. He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. He is rated as a gardener, cleaner, painter and decorator in the reviews. I think he is just tries everything, not what would inspire me to go with him for a job that needs experience

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. Great workmanship, kept and left everything tidy and my tenants said he was very nice to have around too. Would use his services again!
