Dan was able to provide a quick quote based on photos provided and measurements given. Whilst there were a few initial problems with moving the date he was supposed to come, when he arrived he kept my parents updated as to what he was doing. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Mario was very helpful in accommodating me as time was very important. Plastered the entire house including taking down the ceilings and attaching new plaster board. Property was on a very busy street so Mario took the initiative and applied a mesh layer into the plaster so it would hold stronger and not crack. Excellent finish, very happy with the finished result. A very nice and helpful gentleman who is great at his craft and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
