Although it was quite close to sunset, he was still prepared to cut the grass in my garden and carry out other works in my kitchen. Worst experience ever with a builder. After requesting £5000 in advance, building control told us they are doing a terrible and dangerous job. They are not following the instructions from the Structural engineer and putting the building and people in a high risk. Since we paid the deposit they don't reply to our messages and calls, they only have worked about 5 days in a month. They refuse to give any money back although building control have encouraged us to hire someone "who knows what he is doing"

Couldn't recommend him anymore, the perfect builder! He painted the outside of our house perfectly as well as one of our rooms, did everything perfectly and stuck to his time frame and no messing about. Incredibly lovely guy and also very respectful and hardworking. Very glad, will definitely be using him for more things in the future.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work done, value for money, and accuracy of the timescale given. I originally planned to just do a few odd jobs in the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to re-do the whole thing, I went with that option.. Lubo is also very friendly and helpful; even giving me a photo album documenting the job step by step at the end! I would highly recommend Lubo if you want someone honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.
